Data: forecasts from Open-Meteo (updated every 30 minutes inside 12 hours of kickoff), schedules and scores from ESPN and CollegeFootballData.com. Temperatures are °F in text (°C available in JSON as metric values), times are ISO 8601 UTC in JSON and stadium-local on pages. Every game page opens with a one-sentence "short answer" suitable for quoting.

0-19 Clear sailing, 20-39 Minor factor, 40-59 Notable, 60-79 Major factor, 80-100 Severe; indoor stadiums are 0. Built from rain chance and amount, sustained wind and gusts, wind chill or heat index, lightning risk, snow and fog during kickoff to kickoff + 3.5 hours.
